This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains how KPI Intelligence (“KPI Intelligence,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, protects, retains, and shares personal data in connection with the use of its cloud-hosted software platform for real-estate services management, including the platform available through capex.decision.com (the “Platform”), and the CAPEX Audit App mobile application (the “Application”). The Platform and the Application are collectively referred to as the “Services.”
KPI Intelligence is committed to complying with applicable personal data protection laws, including the European General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).
1. Personal Data We Collect
We collect only the personal data necessary to provide and improve the Services. Depending on how you use the Services, this may include:

information you provide when contacting us for support or otherwise communicating with us;

Personal data is generally provided by you, your employer, or the customer organization that subscribed to the Services, or is generated through your use of the Services.

communicate with you about your account, updates, security alerts, administrative information, and technical notices;

3. Google and Microsoft Sign-In
The Services may allow you to sign in using a Google Account or Microsoft Account.
When you choose this sign-in method, we access only the information necessary to identify you, create or link your KPI Intelligence account, and secure your access to the Services. This information may include:

your unique Google or Microsoft account identifier;

your name;
-
your email address;
-
your profile photo, if provided by the identity provider;

technical authentication information, such as a secure access or identity token.
We never access your Google or Microsoft password.
Data obtained through Google or Microsoft is used only to provide the sign-in and account-management functionality that you requested and to keep the Services secure. It is not sold, rented, or used for targeted advertising, advertising profiling, or creditworthiness assessment.
Google user data obtained through Google APIs is not used to train, develop, or improve generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
You may revoke KPI Intelligence’s authorization at any time through your Google or Microsoft account settings. Revoking authorization may prevent you from using the relevant sign-in method.

4. How We Share Personal Data
KPI Intelligence does not sell or rent personal data.
We may share personal data only with:

the customer organization that granted you access to the Services, where necessary to administer its account and use of the Services;

technical service providers, including hosting, maintenance, security, messaging, and support providers, where necessary to provide the Services;

competent authorities, where required by law or in response to a valid legal request;

third parties where necessary to protect the rights, safety, or integrity of KPI Intelligence, our users, or the public.
Our service providers are required to protect personal data and to use it only for purposes authorized by KPI Intelligence.
5. Security
KPI Intelligence implements reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure.
Data is transmitted using secure connections. Access to personal data is limited to authorized persons who need it to provide, secure, or maintain the Services.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Services and to meet our legal, contractual, and regulatory obligations.
As a general rule, account-related data is retained until the account is closed or, in the event of inactivity, for a maximum period of two years, unless a different retention period is required or permitted by law.
Google or Microsoft authentication information and associated tokens are deleted or made unusable when they are no longer needed or when you revoke your authorization, subject to applicable legal obligations.

Subject to applicable law, you may request:

deletion of your personal data, where permitted by law;
