Fidji ACT launch

Energy/carbon nomenclature

On September 19 at REAL IT, the Fiji ACT energy/carbon nomenclature was launched at a round table attended by Icade, Accorinvest, Esset Property Management, Citae and Upstairs.

In conclusion, here are the keywords:

  • According to Clément Roussel from Icade Real Estate, “CLARITY” is the hallmark of Fidji ACT, a common dictionary of environmental actions designed to improve communication between stakeholders: we are more effective when we have a common language!
  • Claire Meunier from Citae Engineering office chose the word “ACCOMPANY ” both to meet the multiple regulatory requirements, including taxonomy and CSRD, and to accelerate concrete actions.
  • CONSOLIDATE” is the keyword chosen by Aurélien Bernard fromEsset Property Management: consolidate the action plans of several sites to better monitor them over time and feed into reporting.
  • Nicolas Brochet from ACCORINVEST (former Real Estate Branch of ACCOR Group) suggested the word ” COMPARE “, with an overview of action plans for decision-making.
  • GATEWAY” is the key word for Olivier Sellès of Upstairs: gateway to taxonomy and reference systems, or to global or thematic environmental certifications.

Next stop: Nov. 21 at 9:30 a.m.

The Fiji ACT nomenclature is a checklist for consolidating our energy/carbon action plans and comparing the work of our partners at each site. It is also a tool to feed our reporting on the taxonomy and our environmental certifications.
